Behave operates a digital platform connecting content creators with premium local businesses in Romania. The platform facilitates authentic collaborations through the Behave Card program, enabling creators to access curated brand experiences in exchange for authentic content creation.

By accessing or using the Behave platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Behave operates on a collaboration-based model where creators receive access to brand experiences ("payment with content") in exchange for authentic content creation.

• Creators: Access to the platform is granted through the waitlist program. No direct monetary fees are charged to creators for platform access.
• Brands: Partnership terms and commercial agreements are negotiated individually. Pricing structures and service fees will be outlined in separate commercial agreements.
• All users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of the platform.

Platform Content

All content on the Behave platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of BEHAVE SRL or its content suppliers and is protected by Romanian and international copyright laws.

User-Generated Content

Creators retain ownership of content they create. By using the platform, creators grant Behave and participating brands a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display content created through platform collaborations for promotional purposes, subject to applicable content agreements.

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful code
• Engage in any form of spam or unsolicited communication
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Create misleading or inauthentic content

BEHAVE SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@behave.ro.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEHAVE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Where applicable, European Union regulations, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), shall also apply.

BEHAVE SRL reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
